Refund policy
Most of our items are made to order, meaning they are created especially for you after your purchase. Because of the personalized and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a production error or the item arrives damaged.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at stitchmar.apparel@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, as long as the item is not custom-made or personalized. Items must be returned in original condition with proof of purchase.
Refunds (if approved)
Once we’ve reviewed and approved your return request (in the case of a production issue), you’ll be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
